COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Asyst Technologies 4002-5679-01 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Atos products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ava-Smart-Actuators parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Br product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Atos such as the EMEAC05F spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the S2029 manufactured by Ava-Smart-Actuators and we are pleased to be able to service most Ava-Smart-Actuators systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature P2DA1 by Manufacturer Br as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ati Brand QC151M in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Avtron such as HS45 equipment made by Avtron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Avtron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Avtron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ACV004YTC00D000 made by Avtron as well as the popular E7T8C06410B029 original spares produced by Automation-Direct Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2315491 by Axsys-Technologies and HS45 spares by Avtron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
